A Day in Hong Kong

After a 13+ hour flight, the six of us on this flight (Adam, Mairi, Ellen, Aaditya, Jacob, and I) had a 12 hour layover in Hong Kong. We decided we couldn't possibly spend those twelve hours in the airport.

Here's our Hong Kong Adventure:

First we stopped for breakfast at a place that considered breakfast to entail things such as macaroni soup with ham and abalone, beef ramen noodle, and some sort of spaghetti soup thing.

Our next stop was the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. Although I failed to capture pictures of them, we saw some cool monkeys 'n' stuff.

We got lost a bit.

But we were eventually able to make it to the Peak Tram, which took us to Sky Terrace, where we saw this killer view of Hong Kong.

Here's a fish made out of lanterns that was all set up for the Hong Kong Autumn Festival. Unfortunately we couldn't see it all lit up at night. See us trying to act like we're holding it up for scale.

We also saw lots of funny signs.

Now we're about to board our plane for Delhi!

Over and out.
